• Arrival - departure: check-in from 2 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m.. If you arrive earlier or want to leave later, you can use our changing room so that you can take advantage of the SPA treatments from the very first moment until the very end.
• Late arrival: Please give us notice if you plan to arrive after 8 p.m.!
• Payment: For the payment of the hotel bill we prefer cash, bank cheques or traveller cheques. We also accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and EC-cards).
• Confirmation of booking: The booking is binding only after we have received your written confirmation AND you have received our written confirmation. Please note our cancellation conditions!
• Notice: Pets are not allowed!
• Cancellation: If you cancel your room or if you arrive later or leave earlier, we charge the corresponding half-board rate per person and day less € 30,00 for non-used services. This does not apply if we manage to let the room to other guests.
• Cancellation insurance: We highly suggest using our cheap travel insurance. On request we can send you the necessary form. Non-taken meals cannot be refunded.
• With the publication of a new price list or in case of a rise of the VAT, the above mentioned rates are no longer valid.
